Scenario
He’s smart
He’s loving. This is Dexter Morgan, America’s favorite serial killer who spends his days solving crimes and his nights committing them. During season 8, Angel Batista wasn’t always played by David Zayas. His son David Zayas Jr.
Dexter Morgan: I lived in the dark for a long time
replaces his father in some photos because the two look remarkably alike. Visible throughout the first season, Dexter has a large scar on his left side. Later in season two, the scar moved to the right side, leaving the left side intact. Over the years, my eyes adjusted until the darkness became my world and I could see.

In filmmaking and screenwriting, it is a good idea to limit the narrative of the characters, letting the actions, conversations, and scenes speak for themselves. However, if there is one exception, and it is called Dexter! From the beginning, I was captivated by the character of Dexter, a dark and introverted individual. The strength of the character development was evident, supported by impeccable casting and an engaging and crime-filled storyline.
Seasons 1 and 2 were exceptionally good, earning a commendable 9/10 rating
However, the quality of the show began to decline after that. The introduction of new characters and over-the-top drama weighed down what was once a classic series. Despite my love for the character, I felt a gradual decline in his charm, including that of Debra. The writing and directing were solid, but Dexter himself was the centerpiece, while the portrayal of dark humor remained remarkable.
However, I must emphasize that the first two seasons are must-sees and should not be missed
His narration throughout the episodes was a unique insight into how he perceived things, people, and crime; it was utterly captivating. I recommend this series, but I encourage viewers to go at their own pace and choose how many seasons to indulge in.
